Meet Jenn
Jenn is the founder of Beacon and the most important tool in building your team. The business card you never want to lose. She has an answer to every question, and a solution to every problem. A native of Virginia Beach, she has spent her career developing Hampton Roads and building lifetime relationships. While she loved working in-house as an executive for many years, she became passionate about the idea of helping more small businesses succeed.
Meet Anna
Anna Bauer our Applications and Research Administrator, has extensive prior experience as an administrator in the medical field. Anna Bauer now utilizes her knowledge of office technology using the latest software to increase efficiency in overall systems and processes.
Anna is very detailed oriented and allows her to be a great resource when researching agency information and proofing applications relevant to our businesses. Anna also has several years of experience navigating government and municipality platforms for certification and proprietary information.
Anna enjoys playing the piano, cooking, and the outdoors with her husband Tim ( a local Navy Veteran out of Oceana Naval Jet Base) and her three children.
Meet Chelsea
Chelsea is a graduate of East Carolina University with a foundation of communications and marketing. With 10 years as an experienced contract administrator she is well versed in Contract Management, Procore, AutoCad, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office. Chelsea resides mostly along the operations side of business as she handles project deadlines daily. She also brings the creative side to Beacon with website design and content creation for new and emerging businesses.
Meet Jennie
Jennie Morris, our Office Manager retired from Dominion Energy after 30+ years. Her years of experience in producing unionized payroll and corporate systems and processes has allowed us to expand our services immensely. Jennie assists with certified payroll and with our scheduling which allows us to meet our goals ahead of our timeline. Jennie wears several hats and is happy to assist us in all divisions.
Jennie enjoys gardening, grilling, and everything outdoors! She loves her home in the country where its peaceful and quiet.
